Description
True or False

- Creation-science is pure science?
- Evolution is unscientific?
- Children are taught creation in the home and evolution in school?
- Evolution is a religion?
- Teaching only evolution violates the concept of freedom of speech?

If you answered yes to all the above questions, you have a perfect score. Does that surprise you?

Scopes II: The Great Debate will surprise you and may even startle you a little. State Senator Bill Keith carefully details the religious aspects of evolutionary teaching now being imposed on public school children.

"Evolution is nothing more than a story about a frog that turned into a prince," the senator says. "And if you believe in it, then let me tell you about the Easter Bunny, Santa Claus and the Tooth Fairy. Evolution is not science - but science fiction."

Senator Keith documents the harmful results of children being indoctrinated in evolution when they enter schools after having been taught creation in the home. He also explains to parents and others what can be done to solve this dilemma.

Every parent in America should read this book.

Senator Bill Keith is a member of the Louisiana Legislature and represents some 100,000 people who live in the northwestern corner of the state. During the 1981 legislative session he authored a bill that mandated balanced treatment for creation-science wherever evolution-science is taught to public school children. He was a journalist for 23 years prior to entering the Senate. As a free-lance writer he has written 12 other books.
