Description
The author's Jewish parents emigrated from Russia to New York City in 1896 under Tsarist pogroms against Jews.

In 1920 while serving in the U.S. Navy, Arthur Klyber decided to become a Catholic. In 1921 he began studies for the priesthood. He was ordained in 1932. Still vigorous in 1988 after many busy years of preaching, Father Klyber has given numerous lectures about "Jews and Christians," and has circulated hundreds of thousands of his books and various writings.

At present he is still circulating his paperbacks for Christians and Jews about Jewish-Christian relationships from the social and religious angles. This he does in the light of the Second Vatican Council's considerations on these matters. It is his conviction that the present book and the other three mark "firsts" in their manner of presentation, and in their direction to the average Christian and jew.
